Before beginning a Trial or Project you must agree to the following terms of conditions:

End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service

This End-User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "You") and QuikCal, Inc. ("Company") governing the use of the QuikCal software ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

1.1 Free Trial License: Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the QuikCal Software for evaluation purposes only, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of installation ("Free Trial Period"). During the Free Trial Period, You may use the QuikCal Software solely for internal testing and evaluation.

1.2 Restrictions: You may not:

(a) Use the QuikCal Software on more than one job site simultaneously during the Free Trial Period or any licensed period.

(b) Redistribute, sublicense, or make the QuikCal Software available to third parties without prior written authorization from the Company.

(c) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the QuikCal Software. 

(d) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the QuikCal Software. 

(e) Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the QuikCal Software.

2. Delivery Delays Disclaimer

2.1 Disclaimer: The QuikCal Software is designed to streamline scheduling processes through image recognition and AI technology. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the Software, the Company cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any delivery delays or scheduling errors that may occur as a result of using the QuikCal Software.

2.2 User Responsibility: It is the User's responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of all schedule conversions and updates made by the QuikCal Software. The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays incurred due to inaccuracies in the converted schedules or calendar entries.

By accepting this Agreement and using the QuikCal Software, You acknowledge that delivery delays or scheduling issues that may arise are not the fault of the Company, and You assume full responsibility for the use and consequences of the Software.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of installation and shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Company. Upon termination, You must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
